摘　　要：工业电雷管是爆破工程中广泛使用的起爆器材，应用于各种爆破作业。现在的电雷管生产主要以金属壳为主，而金属壳电雷管抗静电能力较差，容易引爆雷管，造成意外爆炸事故。在电雷管制造过程中，经常发生因静电引起的爆炸事故。雷管静电有些是药剂生产过程中产生的，有些是雷管的多种生产过程中（如装药、压药、卡口等）产生的，有的是脚线的局部高压带电产生的，而人体静电是电雷管静电危害的最主要、最经常的因素。Abstract：Industrial electric detonator is widely used in blasting engineering blasting equipment,Used in blasting operation Eiectric detonator torproduction now mainly metal shell, and the metal shell of electric detonator antiStatiC ability is poor, easy to detonatedetohator causing accidental explosion accident In the process of manufacturing the eietric detonator, often caused by Static explosion accident, Detohator electrostatic is enerated according to the roduction rocess there is a varie of production pocess （SuCh as detonators in charge pressing etc＇ the bayonet）, plenty of local high voltage electric foot line generauon, while the human body electrostauc is most mare,the most frequent electric detonator of electrostatic hazards factors.
