单一标准通道经皮肾镜治疗马蹄肾复杂性结石1例报道及文献复习

摘　　要：目的:探讨单一标准通道经皮肾镜钬激光联合EMS碎石术治疗马蹄肾复杂性结石的临床效果和手术操作经验。方法:回顾性分析我院采用经皮肾镜钬激光联合EMS碎石术治疗1例马蹄肾复杂性结石患者的临床资料和手术操作经验,并结合相关文献进行讨论。结果:经该手术治疗后,患者预后良好。结论:B超引导下穿刺建立单一标准通道的经皮肾镜下钬激光联合EMS碎石清石术是治疗马蹄肾复杂性结石的首选方法。Objective：To discuss the clinical effect and experience in surgical treatment of single standard port percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser combined EMS for complicated calculi within horseshoe kid- neys. Method：We retrospectively summarized the clinical data and experience in surgical treatment of a case with complicated calculi within horseshoe kidneys, who was treated by single standard port percutaneous nephrolithoto- my. We discussed the record of the patient referring to literatures. Result：The patient received single standard port percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser combined EMS, and the prognosis was good. Conclusion：Ultra- sound-guided single standard port percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser combined EMS is considered to be the preferred therapeutic method for complicated calculi within horseshoe kidneys because of its safety and feasibility.
