摘  要:目的探讨育真熄风汤对帕金森病(PD)模型小鼠多巴胺(DA)神经元的影响。方法用1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)诱导小鼠PD模型,随机分为空白对照(A)组、模型对照(B)组、中药治疗(C1-C3)组和阳性对照(D)组,采用爬杆测试法观察育真熄风汤对PD小鼠行为变化的影响,免疫组化染色法观察育真熄风汤对小鼠黑质内酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)阳性细胞表达的变化。结果与B组比较,C组运动协调障碍有所减轻,DA神经元数目增多,TH表达增强。结论育真熄风汤具有改善MPTP诱导的PD模型小鼠的运动障碍,保护DA神经元的作用。Objective To study the protective effects of Yuzhenxifeng decoction on the dopaminergic neurons in Parkinson's disease (PD) mouse model. Methods PD mice models were induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-5-four hydrogen pyridine (MPTP), which were assigned into four groups of A ( blank control), B (model control), C (treated with Yuzhenxifeng decoction) and D (positive drug cobtrol). The behavior changes were observed by climbing pole. The changes of expression of tyro,sine hydroxylase(TH) in substantia nigra were observed using immunohi,stochemical staining technique. Results Compared with group B, motor coordination disorder, dopamine neurons and expression of TH were enhanced in group C, Conclusion Yuzhenxifeng decoction can improve dyskine,sia of MPTP-induced PD mice and protect dopamine neurons.
