摘 要:研究了从增强增韧填充母粒出发制备刚性粒子-硬核/弹性体-软壳结构粒子的新方法,以及制备高性能聚合物材料的理论依据、实施方法及实施效果,结果表明,增强增韧填充母粒制备高性能聚合物材料的方法,对聚合物材料同时增强增韧的效果好,加工过程简单。It is a key factor that rigid particle-core/rubber-shell microstructure formed in matrix for the method of rigid-particle toughening and reinforcing polymer proposed in 1984. Commonly, core-shell structured phase is obtained through solution encapsulation, emulsion encapsulation, reactive extrusion and so on. However, these methods are hard to be applied in industry because of complexity of the prepared procedure. In order to find a way to obtain the core-shell structured polymer composite for industry processing, a method for preparing master batch from rubber (20%), filler (80%) and additives by twin-screw extruder was proposed. Based on the technique of master batch filled polymer, the polymer composite with high toughness and high modulus was obtained during melt processing. Meanwhile, the master batch filled polymer composites have good processing properties.
