摘　　要：文中介绍了美国农协的形成、法律地位及构建原则,从组织架构、权力机构与决策机制、运行等几个方面对农协治理成功经验作了总结。并对我国农协发展提出了改进建议。Describes United States formation,legal status and principles of construction of agricultural association, organisation,authority and decision -making mechanisms,run ja on aspects such as governance,successfully summarized the experience. And to make recommendations for improvements to China＇s agricultural association development.
