摘　　要：基于真实法庭调解话语语料,以卡佩珀等提出的不礼貌应对模型为理论框架,重点探讨法庭调解过程中参与者的不礼貌话语策略的运用,将打断、沉默、停顿等元调解话语和不礼貌称谓语、转换话题、重复话语、变换角色话语等调解话语实施不礼貌调解策略,旨在揭示法庭调解中有悖于和谐构建的调解话语策略运用,以期规范调解话语策略礼性表达,推动法庭调解朝着促进社会和谐目标发展。Based on authentic court -related mediation data ,with reference to Culpeper＇s Non-polite response model proposed as theretical framework ,this paper focuses on the strategical operation of non -polite court-related mediation during mediating process, such as meta-mediating discourse strategies like interruption ,silence,pause ,etc.and discourse strategies like non-polite addreesing terms , changing mediation topics , repetition of mediation discourse and changing mediation discourse roles, shed light on those court -related mediation discourse strategies which are contrary to the harmounious construction so as to formalize the strategical court -related mediation discourse mechanism and assist the dispute resolution of court -related mediation and promote the development of social harmony effectively .
