化纤定喘汤治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨化纤定喘汤对肺纤维化的治疗作用。方法:选取特发性肺纤维化患者96例作为研究对象,按随机化原则分组,分别给予口服化纤定喘汤及一般药物治疗,疗程3个月。疗程结束后观察患者肺功能、动脉血气等相关临床指标。结果:在临床疗效、肺功能指标、动脉血气等方面,治疗组疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化纤定喘汤治疗特发性肺纤维化有较好疗效,且安全、副作用小。[Ohjeet] To investig, te the therapeutic effect of Huaxiandingchuantang on pulmonary fibrosis. [Methods] 96 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were selected as study cases, with randomized grouping principles, and given Huaxiandingchuantang and ge- neric drugs therapy respex：tively for 3 months. After the end of treatment, clinical indicators of patients like lung function, arterial blood gas, were observed, [Results] In terms of overall efficacy clinical symptom score, pulmonary function, arterial blood gas, etc. , the treat- ment group were better than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . [Conclusion] Hnaxiandingchuantang treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has a better effect and safety with low side effects.
