摘  要:辊模拉拔工艺是结合拉拔和轧制工艺对金属线材、异型材料和管材进行拉拔的先进制造工艺。本文针对钢质无缝CNG气瓶辊模拉拔工艺进行了数值模拟研究。通过Gleeble材料实验机进行的单向拉伸实验得到专用气瓶材料34CrMo4不同变形条件下的流变应力曲线,构建其材料本构方程,并以此为依托,应用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了气瓶辊模拉拔工艺的数值仿真模型。通过数值模拟,研究了各拉拔参数对拉拔力的影响效果,用于指导实际生产。A roller drawing process is an advanced manufacturing process for drawing of metal wire, different materials and metal pipe. It combines with the features of rolling process and the drawing process. Alloy steel 34CrMo4 is selected for preparation of CNG gas cylinders. The flow stress curves under the condition of different deformation temperature and the strain rates are obtained through the material tensile experiment, and the material constitutive equation is constructed using the regression analysis method. Based on material test results, the numerical simulation model for gas cylinder drawing process is established using finite element software ABAQUS. The cures of drawing force can also be obtained by changing the drawing parameters. Finally, the influence of parameters on drawing force and drawing quality is discovered through analysis, and the discovered results are applied for guiding the practical production.
