摘  要:以电学测量为基础的动态称重系统多存在抗干扰能力弱和稳定性差等不足,采用稳定性好的光学测量技术可以弥补电学测量的不足。利用弯板式称重板进行移动车辆轮轴荷载称量和高速光纤光栅解调仪进行称重板应变测量的方法,结合汽车车辆的轮轴特性,从材料选用、结构设计、数据采集分析系统的软件设计等方面进行深入分析,研制了一套利用光纤Bragg光栅和高速动态解调仪实现弯板式高速动态汽车称重系统(WIM)。经与已知轴重和总重的车辆进行现场实测对比检验了系统的精度,满足ASTM E1318标准的要求,与商用称重系统进行实测结果的统计对比验证了系统的实用性。实际验证结果表明:该高速动态称重系统可用于对桥上自由运行车辆轮轴重、总重、车辆速度和轮轴间距等参数的采集,为公路桥梁车辆荷载研究提供必要手段。Till now weigh-in-motion systems for vehicles based on electrical measurement have some shortages such as low capacity of resisting disturbance and lack of stability,while optical measurement based on laser can cover the shortages.Based on the principle of bending plate to weigh the weight of vehicle axis rolling on it and of optical Bragg grating fiber sensors to get strains of bending plate,combined with the axis characteristics of vehicles on highway,a set of high speed WIM(weigh-in-motion)based on optical Bragg grating fiber sensors with high speed interrogator and bending plate was developed,in which material selection,structural design and the software for data acquisition and interpretation were discussed.The accuracy of the developed WIM was verified by comparing the weight of axis and the total weight of vehicle tested on-site and weighed by weigh bridge,which satisfied the American standard ASTM E1318.The practicability of the developed WIM was verified by test with a commercial one.The results show that such a high speed WIM can be used to collect information of running vehicles on bridges,such as the axis weight,the total weight,the speed and the wheelbases of vehicles,which is essential forfurther study on the vehicle load on highway bridges.
