摘　　要：分析高碳铬轴承钢GCr15制滚子产生锈蚀的原因和防锈处理方法,介绍了滚子生产过程中的防锈控制措施,防锈液、润滑冷却液、清洗液的配制方法以及各成分的作用机理,并提出了具体的防锈操作规程。The causes and antirust treatment methods are analyzed for corrosion of rollers made of high carbon chromium bearing steel GCrlS. The antirust control measures for rollers in the production process, the preparing method for antirust liquid, lubricating and cooling liquid, cleaning liquid and the acting mechanism for each component are introduced, and the concrete antirust operating instruction is put forward.
