摘　　要：针对某些转盘轴承受自身结构及尺寸限制,无法用常规测量方法检测壁厚差的问题,设计制作了一种壁厚测量表架,介绍了其结构与操作方法,实际应用表明,该测量表架可以准确测量转盘轴承套圈的壁厚差。Aiming at the difficulties detecting wall thickness difference by conventional measuring method, resulting from the structure and size of slewing bearings, the wall thickness gauge is designed and manufactured. The structure and operating method are introduced. The practical application shows that the gauge is able to accurately measure wall thickness difference of rings.
