摘　　要：中叶素是近年来发现的一种新的心血管活性肽,是降钙素基因相关肽超家族新成员,其对血管、心脏、肾脏、激素调节、神经系统等均具有广泛的生物学效应,因而受到广泛的关注。该文对中叶素的生物学效应的作用机制进行归纳总结,为中叶素作为治疗靶点应用于临床研究提供一定的理论基础。Intermedin is a new type of cardiovascular peptides discovered in recent years, also a new member of the superfamily of calcitonin gene-related peptide, which has a wide range of biological effects on blood vessels, heart, kidneys, hormonal regulation, nervous system etc. That＇ s the very reason intermedin gains widespread attention. This paper summarized the biological effects of the mid-prime mechanism, providing a theoretical basis for the intermedin as a therapeutic target in clinical studies.
