摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定无糖型胃炎灵颗粒中的柚皮苷。方法色谱柱为SunFire C18,流动相为乙腈—水（22∶78,磷酸调pH=3）,检测波长283 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果柚皮苷浓度15.56-140.04 mg·L^-1与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0.999 8）,平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.26%。结论所建方法准确、重复性好,可用于测定无糖型胃炎灵颗粒中的柚皮苷。Objective To establish a method to determine naringin in sugar free type weiyanling granule. Methods An HPLC method was established with SunFire C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（22：78 ,pH was adjusted to 3 with phosphoric acid） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the detective wavelength was 283 nm. The column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results Within the range of 15.56 - 140.04 mg· L^-1 ,there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of naringin （ r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery was 98.5 % with RSD of 1.26 %. Conclusions The method is accurate, reliable, reproducible and suitable for the determination of naringinin in sugar free type weiyanling granule.
