护理干预对老年痴呆患者生存质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探析护理干预措施对老年痴呆患者生存质量的影响。方法选取该院2010年3月到2012年9月收治的老年痴呆患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组30例患者采用常规护理措施,干预组30例患者在对照组基础上进行护理干预,护理实践6个月,评价护理干预对老年痴呆症患者的生存质量的影响。结果干预组患者经过为期6个月的护理干预,简易智能精神状态评分明显高于对照组常规护理(P<0.05),患者生活质量明显提高(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预措施能有效的改善老年痴呆患者记忆力、定向力、注意力、回忆力、语言能力,效果显著,值得在临床优先广泛推广和应用。Objective To analyze nursing interventions on the quality of life in patients with alzheimer＇ s. Methods Sixty cases of alzheimer＇ s patients were treated in people＇ s liberation army general hospital from March 2010 to September 2012, which were randomly assigned into two groups for the study. Thirty patients were treated with routine care measures, the intervention group of 30 patients with nursing intervention for 6 months. The evaluation of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with alzheimer＇ s disease was conducted. Results After nursing intervention, mini-mental state of mind score was significantly higher in intervention group than routine care in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the quality of life of the patients improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Effeetive nursing intervention can effectively improve the memory,orientation,attention, recall, and verbal skills of alzheimer＇ s patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
