摘　　要：目的了解面部激素依赖性皮炎患者的生活质量,观察综合治疗的临床疗效。方法将面部激素依赖性皮炎患者160例随机分为治疗组(外用吡美莫司乳膏)和对照组(外用赋形剂),4周为1个疗程。治疗前后分别对2组患者进行皮肤病学生活质量指数(DLQI)问卷调查。结果治疗组总有效率79.7%,明显优于对照组的43.8%,同时治疗组患者DLQI改善更为显著。结论外用吡美莫司乳膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎可明显改善患者的生活质量,具有疗效好、副作用小等优点。Objective To learn the life quality of the patients＇with facial hormone dependence dermatitis and the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive treatment. Methods 160 patients with facial hormone dependence dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group （pimecrolimus cream） and control group （excipient）.Dermatology Life Quality Index （DLQI） questionnaires were carried out in both groups before and after a four-week treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 79.7%and it was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 43.8%. Meanwhile,the improvement of the DLQI of the patients in the treatment group was more significant than the control group. Conclusions The results indicate that pimecrolimus cream is effective and with less side effects in the treatment of the facial hormone dependence dermatitis, and also it can improve patients＇ life quality significantly.
