广东省“三旧”改造地块数据库调整与更新技术研究

摘　　要："三旧"(旧城镇、旧厂房、旧村庄)改造是广东省开展集约节约用地工作的一项重要内容和政策创新。首先介绍了"三旧"改造地块数据库调整与更新所涵盖的重要内容与方法,对"三旧"改造地块数据库调整与更新的过程进行了研究,提出了数据库调整与更新的技术路线,并且根据技术路线开发了集数据核查、数据更新及数据汇总等功能于一体的"三旧"数据管理系统,并在广东省开始应用。＂Three Old＂ （old town, old factories, old villages） transformation is an important part and policy innovation of the land conservation work in Guangdong Province. First, the paper introduced the important content and method of the ＂Three Old＂ transfor-mation database adjustment and update, studies the process of the ＂Three Old＂ transformation database adjustment and update, proposes the technology roadmap of the database adjustment and update, develops the ＂Three Old＂ data management system which contains data check, data update and data aggregation functions according to the technology roadmap, which is widely applied in Guangdong province.
