摘 要:目的:探讨理中汤古今不同用量对脾阳虚小鼠脏器系数的影响。方法:将40只SPF级昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为空白组、模型组、古方组、今方组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余各组采用注射利血平注射液的方法制备小鼠脾阳虚模型。造模成功后,古方组、今方组分别灌胃相应的药液,空白组、模型组灌胃等容积的蒸馏水,每日1次,连续给药5d。给药结束后,称取小鼠体质量,处死小鼠,摘取肝、脾、肾、胸腺,称重并按照公式计算脏器系数。结果:连续给药5d后,与模型组相比,古方组小鼠的肝脏系数显著降低(P<0.01);古方组与今方组的肝脏系数无显著性差异。结论:理中汤古方组可以显著降低脾阳虚小鼠的肝脏系数,而理中汤今方组效果不明显;理中汤古今不同用量对脾阳虚小鼠脾、肾、胸腺的脏器系数无明显影响。Objective : To investigate how the organ coefficients of the spleen Yang deficiency mice were affected by Lizbong Decoction with different dosages in ancient and modern times. Method : 40 SPF Kunming mice, half male and half female, were divided into 4 groups ( the ancient dosage group, the modern dosage group, the blank group, the model group ) randomly. The mice model of spleen Yang deficiency was established by injecting Reserpine except the blank group. The ancient dosage group and the modern dosage group were treated with Lizhong Decoction of ancient dosage and modern dosage respectively once a day. The model group and the blank group were treated with the same dose distilled water once a day. After 5 days treatment, all the mice were killed and the organ coefficients of liver, spleen, kidney and thymus were analyzed. Results: After 5 days treatment, the liver coefficients in the ancient dosage group were significantly decreased compared with that in the model group. ( P〈0.01 ). There was no marked difference between the ancient dosage group and the modern dosage group in the liver coefficients. Conclusion: The ancient dosage group could reduce the liver coefficients significantly, while the modern dosage group has a little effect. Lizhong Decoction with different dosages in ancient and modern times makes no significant influence on the organ coefficients of spleen, kidney and thymus.
