眼针疗法治疗中风病与辨证施护

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼针疗法结合中医辨证施护对中风病患者的疗效。方法:将120例中风患者随机分为眼针疗法结合中医辨证施护观察组和中西医常规治疗护理对照组,对照组给予中西医常规治疗和护理,观察组根据中医辨证的结果给予眼针疗法和中医辨证施护。结果:眼针疗法和中医辨证施护组有效率95%;常规中西医结合治疗护理组有效率72.5%,两组护理结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼针疗法结合中医辨证施护对中风患者有较好的疗效。Objective ： To discuss the effect of eye-acupuncture combined with nursing based on syndrome differentiation on treating stroke. Methods ： 120 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group in which eye-acupuncture combined with nursing based on syndrome differentiation was applied and control group in which routine Western medicine nursing was used. Results ： The effective rate of the observation group was 95% while of the control group it was 72.5%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Eye-acupuncture combined with nursing based on syndrome differentiatiun has better effect on stroke patients.
