摘　　要：复方阿胶浆采用阿胶配以红参、党参、熟地黄和山楂等组成,整个处方配伍精当,简练合理,效专力宏。近年来复方阿胶浆在基础科研、临床等领域的研究取得诸多进展,在多种临床疾病特别是肿瘤化疗患者骨髓抑制的防治中应用广泛,疗效确切。该文综述了近10年来研究发现的复方阿胶浆在肿瘤、血液系统、精神系统及妇科等临床疾病中的治疗作用。初步探讨了复方阿胶浆保护造血系统,补血并升高血象,增强免疫,增加自身应对不良刺激能力的作用。Compound donkey-hide gelatin consists of gelatin, red ginseng, dangshen, rehmannia glutinosa and hawthorn, etc. The prescription compatibility of compound donkey-hide gelatin is accurate, concise, reasonable and effective. For the past few years, a lot of progress concerning compound donkey- hide gelatin was made in basic, clinical and other fields. Compound donkey-hide gelatin is especially widely used in preventing and treating tumor chemotherapy in patients with bone marrow suppression, and the curative effect is exact. In this paper, we reviewed the clinical research of compound donkey-hide gelatin in the past 10 years. Primary discussion for function of compound donkey-bide gelatin on hematopoietic system, blood, immunity, pessimal stimulation was progressed according to the result of research.
