摘　　要：目的:综述近6年来中医药治疗变应性鼻炎机理研究进展。方法:检索近6年来中医药治疗变应性鼻炎机理研究文献,进行总结分析。结果:发现中医药治疗变应性鼻炎机理研究主要集中在降低IgE水平、调节Th1/Th2细胞失衡及相关细胞因子、调节炎症细胞及相关炎性介质、刺激神经节和调节神经递质、调节信号通路相关信息五个方面。结论:中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的机理研究已从以上五个方面取得成果,但在信号传导方面的研究尚待更深入地开展。Objective ： To summarize the last 6 years mechanism research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods ： By searching for nearly 6 years Chinese medicine research literature about allergic rhinltis, the mechanism was summarized. Result： From the research we can find that the mechanism of TCM treatment of allergic rhinitis mainly focus on five aspects, inclulding lowering levels of lgE, regulating Thl/Th2 cells imbalances and related factors, regulation of inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators, stimulating ganglion and regulating neurotransmitter and regulation of signaling pathways related information. Conclusion ： The mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis has results from the above five aspects, but the study on signal transduction is yet to be carried out more deeply.
