辨证分型治疗蛇串疮122例临证体会

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证分型治疗蛇串疮临床疗效。方法:运用经方辨证治疗122例蛇串疮患者,观察临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候改善情况。结果:122例患者中,痊愈93例,显效18例,好转11例,痊愈率76.22%,总有效率达90.98%。结论:中医内外合治治疗蛇串疮疗效确切。Objective ： To observe the effect of TCM treatment of forherpes zoster. Method ： By using syndrome differentiation and treatment of 122 cases of snake strand sore patients, curative effect and TCM symptoms were compared before and after treatment. Resuits： Of the 122 patients,93 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, 11 cases improved, the cure rate was 76.22% and the total effective rate was 90.98%. Conclusion ： The TCM internal and external treatment of snake strand sore has exact curative effect.
