大黄虫胶囊联合痤疮合剂治疗结节囊肿型痤疮46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察大黄虫胶囊联合痤疮合剂治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：收集辽宁中医药大学附属医院皮肤科门诊2013年1月—2013年6月结节囊肿型痤疮患者46例,予大黄虫胶囊联合痤疮合剂分别治疗1~2个疗程,每个疗程结束时进行疗效评估。结果：治疗1个疗程和2个疗程的总有效率分别为71.73%和86.95%,治疗中未发现明显不良反应。结论：大黄虫胶囊联合痤疮合剂在治疗结节囊肿型痤疮中有良好疗效,用药2个疗程的效果优于用药1个疗程的效果,不良反应小。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Dahuang Zhechong Capsule combined with Cuoehuang Mixture in the treatment of nodular-cystic ache. Methods ： 46 outpatients during in January 2013 and June 2013 from the dermatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM were treated with Dahuang Zhechong Capsule combined with Cuochnang Mixture respectively 1 or 2 courses. The efficacy was evaluated at the end of each course of treatment. Results ： The total effective rates after 1 cycle and 2 cycles were 71.73% and 86.95% and no adverse effect was found in the treatment. Conclusion ： Dahuang Zhe, chong Capsule combined with Cuochuang Mixture has good efficacy in the treatment of nodular-cystic acne and the second course effect is better than the first with less adverse reactions.
