独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎研究进展

摘　　要：独活寄生汤出自唐代著名医药学家孙思邈的《备急千金要方》,该方邪正兼顾,具有祛风湿、止痹痛、益肝肾、补气血之功,近年来在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)上取得了良好的临床疗效。此外,通过对独活寄生汤对炎症细胞因子影响研究及临床研究,发现该方在治疗KOA上也有明显的优势,现概述如下。Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is recored in Beiji Qianjin Yaofang written by SUN Simiao, who was the famous medical scientist in Tang Dynasty. This prescription has the characteristics of strengthening body and eliminating evil, expelling wind and removing dampness, relieving pain, nourishing liver and kidney, replenishing qi and blood. In recent years, it has obtained excellent clinical efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （ KOA ）. In addition, recent researches and clinical studies have proved that Duhuo Jisheng Decoction has obvious advantages in regulating inflammatory cytokines in the treatment of KOA. All above will be summarized as below.
