摘　　要：为全面贯彻以人为本的教育理念,引导大学生增强生命意识,防止漠视生命现象的发生,大学生生命教育逐渐受到高校及社会各界的重视,并在近年来取得了一定的成效。但由于各种因素的影响,大学生生命教育中仍然存在诸多问题,教育的实效性不高。就如何优化高校生命教育进行了探讨,提出了比较系统的策略。In recent years, with the popularization of people-oriented education and the further training of college students＇ consciousness of life, the life education of college students has won more attention and progressed. However, due to some factors, the life education still wants improving. This article explores the optimization of the education and proposes some strategies.
