阿司匹林和游离水杨酸高效液相色谱检定新方法的研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立稳定、可靠的阿司匹林及其降解产物游离水杨酸的HPLC检测方法。方法 :考察药典所载的阿司匹林及其降解产物游离水杨酸的HPLC检测方法 ;建立以乙腈为溶媒、苯甲酸为内标物的新方法 ,考察精密度、回收率、灵敏度等 ,研究阿司匹林在溶媒中的稳定性。结果 :新的色谱方法具有良好的分离度、线性、精密度、回收率和灵敏度等 ,阿司匹林在新的内标液中非常稳定 ,而在药典所载的色谱方法的溶媒无水乙醇中不稳定 ,因此无水乙醇不适于阿司匹林及游离水杨酸的检测。结论Objective:To improve Chinese Pharmcopeia method for HPLC determination of asprin and free salicylic acid in aspirin praparation.Methods:The solvent,absolut alcohol,used in ChP method was substituted by acetonitrile in which aspirin did not disociated into salicylic acid.Results and Conclusion:A new,sensitive,precision,and reliable method suitable for HPLC determination of aspirin and free salicylic acid in aspirin preparation is established by the authors.
