国产格列美脲胶囊在治疗2型糖尿病中的作用

摘　　要：目的 :评价国产格列美脲胶囊应用于 2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性。方法 :40例 2型糖尿病患者随机分成试验组和对照组各 2 0例 ,分别口服国产和进口格列美脲剂量 2～ 8mg ,qd ,疗程 8周。治疗前后测定空腹及餐后 2h血糖。结果 :治疗 8周后 ,试验组空腹血糖 (FBG)下降 3.14mmol/L(32 .31% ) ,餐后 2h血糖 (PBG)下降 4.96mmol/L(37.36 % ) ,糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)下降 1.6 9% (16 .98% ) ,与对照组相比无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。试验组降低FBG及PBG的总有效率分别为 85 %和 90 % ,与对照组相比 (85 % ,80 % )无统计学意义。结论 :国产格列美脲胶囊能有效降低FBG和PBG 。Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic glimepiride capsule in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly and equally assigned to receive once daily 2～8 mg either domestic or imported glimepirmide capsule for 8 weeks.The fasting blood glucose (FBG)and postprandial blood glucose(PBG) were measured before and after treatment.Results:The decrease in FBG,PBG,and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA lc) were 3.14 mmol/L(32.31%),4.96 mmol/L(37.36%)and 1.69%(16.98%)respectively and no significant difference between active and control group was observed.Conclusions:Domestic glimepiride capsule is as effective as imported one in decreasing FBG,PBG,and HbA lc.
