摘　　要：陆海统筹发展是沿海岛屿发展海洋经济的重要途径之一,是统筹区域发展,促进区域一体化的重要措施和手段。从陆海统筹发展的内涵入手,通过研究荷兰鹿特丹、韩国釜山、台湾省高雄依托港口资源优势,港城一体发展的成功经验,探讨其产业发展轨迹,提出舟山群岛新区陆海统筹六个方面的发展路径。Overall development of land and sea is one of the important ways for coastal islands to develop marine economy,and an important measure for promoting making an overall for regional development and promoting the regional integration. Based on the connotation of the overall development of land and sea, and by studying the port resources, successful experience in relying on the port resource advantage and the port and city integration,as well as the industrial development trajectory of Rotterdam,the Netherlands, Busan, South Korea and Kaohsiung,Taiwan, put the paper proposes six paths for the overall development of lad as sea in the Zhoushan Islands New District.
