摘　　要：制度文明的演进具有明显的阶段性。一般来说，制度文明演进的特征主要体现为：先进的制度会获得更广泛的社会认同；制度形态由单一走向多样、由不系统走向系统；具有鲜明的时代性；必然带来思想文化领域内的巨大变革。The evolution of system civilization is of obvious characteristics of phase. In general, the evolu-tionary feature of system civilization is mainly reflected in ： advanced system will gain wider social identity; forms of system will be changed from single pattern to multiple pattern, from non-systematic patternto systematic pattern;distinct characteristics of times; and inevitably brought about great changes in ide-ological and cultural fields.
