老年糖尿病患者有关心理社会因素研究

摘　　要：目的　了解老年糖尿病患者的精神状况、个性特征、生活事件及获得的社会支持情况。方法　对 58例老年糖尿病患者及 60例正常老年人进行问卷调查。结果　老年糖尿病患者具有较多的心理社会因素 ,其精神症状、神经质、生活事件均高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ,社会支持评分低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论　糖尿病患者存在较多的心身健康问题 ,对患者在给予药物治疗的同时 。Objective To find out the diabetics mental outlook,personal character events in daily life and the obtained datum about the social support.Method We distributed the questionnaires to 58 old people with diabetics and 60 normal old persons to make the investigation.Results the diabetics are influenced by more psychological and social factors.They have more mental symptoms,nervousness,and daily life events than the normal group.But their social support score is lower than that of the normal group.Conclusion the diabetics have more physical and mental problems.We suggest that they should be given proper psychological treatment besides the medical treatment.
