托毒生肌方治疗慢性体表溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察托毒生肌方治疗慢性体表溃疡的临床疗效。方法:56例慢性体表溃疡患者按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,各28例。治疗组和对照组均给予基础治疗,治疗组运用补法和托法,加用口服托毒生肌方,两组治疗时间均为4周。结果:治疗组痊愈8例,显效14例,有效4例,无效2例。总有效率为92.86%;对照组痊愈3例,显效7例,有效11例,无效7例。总有效率为75%。两组综合疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:托毒生肌方能提高治疗慢性体表溃疡的疗效,促进创面愈合。Objective：Observe the clinical effects of treatment of chronic skin ulcer with Tuodu-Shengji-Prescripition.Method：56 patients with chronic skin ulcers were divided into the treatment group and control group , according to random number table method , 28 cases in each group .In addition to the treatmentgroup and control group were given in basic treatment , treatment group was given in an extra oral Tuodu-Shengji-Prescription.Two groups of treatment time is all four weeks .Result：8 cases recovered, 14 cases improved very well , 4 cases improved a little and 2 cases was not effective in treatment group .The total effective rate was 92.86%.3 cases recovered, 7 cases improved very well, 11 cases improved a little and 7 cases was not effective in control group .The total effective rate was 75%.There are significant differences in two groups of comprehensive curative effect comparison .Conclusion： Tuodu-Shengji-Prescription can improve the treatment of chronic skin ulcer curation effect and promote wound healing .
