摘　　要：《温病条辨》对脾疟病证的论述见于中焦篇,其病因病机主要是脾不运湿,聚而生痰,复感疟疾而致。《温病条辨》在前人的基础上,将其分为三种汤证,分别为黄连白芍汤证、露姜饮证、加味露姜饮证。The description of syndrome of the spleen malaria in Wen Bing Tiao Bian is in the middle energizer part. Its etiology and pathogenesis are that spleen does not trarsport wet,which gathers to form phlegm,and then attacked by malaria again. On the basis of the research of predecessors, Wen Bing Tiao Bian divides it into the following three decoction syndromes：syndrome of Huanglian- Baishao Decoction,syndrome of Jianglu Drink,and syndrome of Flaw）red J ianglu Drink.
