离退休干部主观幸福度及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的　了解离退休干部的主观幸福度及其影响因素。方法　采用 MUNSH和“老年人生活质量调查表”,对 1 2 0名离退休干部进行问卷调查。结果　离退休干部的 MUNSH总分为 33.8± 9.2分 ,处于比较高的水平。幸福度总分与影响生活质量显著相关的因素是 :子女孝顺、家庭和睦、身体健康、经济收入、居住条件、夫妻生活、医疗保健和人际关系。结论　所调查的离退休干部的主观幸福度较好。同时 ,要进一步提高他们的幸福感 ,从生活环境、家庭关系等方面加强工作。Objective To know retired older cadres well-being and the related factors.Methods Adopting MUNSH and 'elder life quality questionnaire(ELQQ)',120 retired older cadres were tested.Results MUNSH total score of older cadres is 33.8±9.2 which is high;correlating analyzing between MUNSH and ELQQ shows that those factors which is significantly correlated with ELQQ are their children filial piety,family harmony,physical health,economic income,habitation condition,consort life,medical care system and human relations.Conclusion Retired older cadres well-being is joyful,at the same time,such factors as life environment and family relations need to be enhanced if older cadres well-being is to be better than now.
