摘 要:目的 研究不同功率半导体激光照射损伤的大鼠坐骨神经后脊髓中生长相关蛋白 (GAP 43)的表达与激光功率和照射时间的关系。方法 172只雄性SD大鼠制成坐骨神经损伤模型 ,随机分为 1个对照组和 3个激光照射组 ,每组 42只。分别以功率为 5、10和 15mW、波长 810nm的半导体激光照射激光组大鼠神经损伤部位 ,每天 1次 ,连续照射 10天。照射后 1、3、7、14、2 8、42和 5 6天取鼠脊髓用于免疫组化方法观察脊髓内GAP 43表达的变化。结果 半导体激光照射后第 7天内各激光照射组和对照射组无明显差异。第 14天和第 2 8天时 15mW激光照射组脊髓内GAP 43表达高于对照组。第 5 6天时激光照射组较对照射组脊髓内GAP 43表达稍低 ,而 5mW和 10mW激光照射组与对照组比较无明显差异。结论 15mW半导体激光照射可引起损伤神经后大鼠脊髓中GAP 43表达的变化 ,对神经再生过程有一定的影响 ,而 5mW和10mW半导体激光照射对损伤神经后大鼠中GAPObjective To study the relationship between GAP 43 expression in spinal cord after irradiatdion on injured sciatic nerve of rats by laser with power output of 5, 10 and 15 mW, respectively. Methods Injured sciatic nerves in 172 male adult SD rats were irradiated by diode laser. The wavelength was 810 nm and irradiation on the injured nerve was performed at 5 mW, 10 mW or 15 mW, respectively, 10 minutes per day for consecutive 10 days. The rats were sacrificed at 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, 42 and 56 days after irradiation, 6 rats each group. The changes of GAP 43 in spinal cord were immunochemically stained and measured by computer assisted image analysis.Results There was no significant difference between laser irradiation groups and control group within the first week. More expression of GAP 43 at second and fourth week and less at eight week were observed in 15 mW laser irradiation group. Conclusions Increased expression of GAP 43 in spinal cord can be induced by 15 mW diode laser irradiation on injured sciatic nerve in rats. The results in our preliminary study may indicate that diode laser irradiation with an appropriate power output may affect regeneration of injured nerves.
