补肾强身胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定补肾强身胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。以XB-C18为色谱柱，以乙腈-水（30∶70）为流动相，以270nm为检测波长，流速为1.0ml/min，柱温为30℃。淫羊藿苷在16.576-165.76ug/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好，R^2=1，平均回收率为100.2%，RSD%为0.74%。该方法简便、快捷、准确，能有效地控制补肾强身胶囊的质量。Using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）method was developed for the determination of epimedium glycoside in kidney and strengthen the capsule content. For XB - C18 chromatographic column, with acetonitrile - water （30∶70）as mobile phase, detection wavelength for 270nm, the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature 30℃. Epimedium glycoside in 16.576 to 165.76ug/ml concentration range inside sex good, R^2=1, the average recovery was 100.2%, RSD % to 0.74%. The method is simple, quick, accurate, and can effectively control the quality of the kidney and strengthening the capsule.
