摘　　要：扁桃体单侧肿大或单侧表面溃疡应考虑肿瘤的可能性。免疫组化检查和ANCA检查以及EB病毒检查对诊断和病情分析有决定性作用。Unilateral enlargement or surface ulceration of tonsils maybe the signed of tumor. Immunohistochemical examination and ANCA examination and inspection of EB virus are decisive in disease diagnosis and analysis.
