摘　　要：总结了我国房地产物流现状及存在的问题,分析了住宅产业化给房地产物流体系建设带来的契机,在此基础上提出了构建房地产物流体系的思路。In this paper, we summarized the problems existing in the real estate logistics industry in China, analyzed the opportunities for the construction of the real estate logistics system brought by housing industrialization, and on such basis, proposed the line of thinking to build the real estate logistics system.
