摘　　要：以长江电力为例,突破传统ABC分类法的局限性,采用层次分析法和ABC分类法相结合的优化模型,对大型水电企业的物资仓储策略进行研究,并为长江电力的物资管理制度提供意见和建议,从而提高水电企业的整体运营水平,提升企业自身价值。In this paper, with Yangtze Electricity as the example, we tried to break the limitation of the traditional ABC classification process, combined the AHP and ABC classification process to study the material warehousing strategy of the large-scale hydro-power company, and at the end, offered our opinions and suggestions for the construction of the material management system of the company.
