摘　　要：针对铁路货运站发展现代物流的现状,构建SWOT-AHP环境评价模型,对铁路货运站发展现代物流内外部环境进行全面系统的分析,从而得到铁路货运站发展现代物流的战略,并以昆明铁路局王家营西站为例进行研究,提出王家营西站发展现代物流的战略、对策。In this paper, in light of the current status of the development of the modern logistics industry at railway freight terminals, we built an SWOT-AHP environmental evaluation model to study comprehensively and systematically the internal and external environment of the terminals in developing modern logistics, derived the corresponding development strategies, and at the end studied empirically the case of the Wangjiaying West Station of the Kunming Railway Bureau.
