摘  要:目的 :探寻一种准确、敏感判断房室大小测量参照指标。材料与方法 :研究对象 32 0例分为六组 ,各例均测量左房内径 (LAD) ,左室舒张末期内径 (LVDD)及主动脉瓣下内径 (SAD) ,并计算LAD/SAD与LVDD/SAD。结果 :(1)儿童组与成人组之间LAD、SAD、LVDD绝对值有显著性差异 ,但LAD/SAD与LVDD/SAD比值无显著差异 ,后者平均值分别为 1 3±0 3与 2 3± 0 3。 (2 )当LAD、LVDD扩大时 ,SAD变化较小或无变化 ,因而LAD/SAD、LVDD/SAD比值扩大明显。结论 :用LAD/SAD >1 6、LVDD/SAD >2 6作为判断房室扩大的方法较LAD ,LVDD更灵敏可靠。Purpose: To develope a sensitive and reliable method to diagnose heart enlargement. Materials and method: 320 subjects were categoried into six groups. The values of LAD、LVDD、SAD and LAD/SAD、LVDD/SAD were compared among different groups. Results: (1)Although LAD、LVDD and SAD in children were differ to those in adult (P<0.01), the differences were not significant when LAD and LVDD were divided by SAD (P>0.05). The normal range of LAD/SAD was 1.3±0.3, LVDD/SAD was 2.3±0.3. (2) Statistically significant differences in LAD、LAD/SAD existed between normal and patients with LA enlargement (P<0.01), and difference in LVDD、LVDD/SAD existed between normal and patients with LV enlargement (P<0.01), but SAD beteen the two groups showed no difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Modified parameter as LAD/SAD>1.6 and LVDD/SAD>2.6 are more sensitive and reliable to diagnose LA enlarge and LV enlarge than LAD and LVDD.
