PTEN、Survivin蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿表达的相关性及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿及正常子宫内膜组织中抑癌基因PTEN蛋白和凋亡抑制基因Survivin蛋白表达及其意义。方法:利用免疫组织化学二步抗法检测妇科手术切除的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿20例和正常子宫内膜20例中PTEN蛋白、Survivin蛋白的表达。结果:PTEN、Survivin蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿中的表达无明显周期性(P>0.05)。卵巢子宫内膜异位症中PTEN蛋白和Survivin蛋白的表达分别与正常子宫内膜表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白、Survivin蛋白表达在卵巢子宫内膜异位症无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:PTEN蛋白;Survivin可能促进了子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展,两者可能独立发挥作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of PTEN protein and Survivin protein in endometrial cyst of the ovary. Method Immunohistoehemical tow - step procedure was used to detect the expression of PTEN and Survivin in 20 cases of endometrial cyst of the ovary and 20 cases of normal endometrium. Results The expresion of PTEN and Survivin in endometrial cyst of the ovary were not significant periodicity（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in the expresion of PTEN between endometrial cyst of the ovary and normal endometrium （P 〈 0.05 ） , and Survivin too（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expresion of PTEN and Survivin were not obviously pertinent in endometrial cyst of the ovary（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion PTEN and Survivin may be related to the oecurenc of Ems.
