摘 要:目的:探讨COOK双球囊与缩宫素两种方法在促宫颈成熟及足月延期妊娠引产中的效果。方法:采用回顾性对照研究方法,选择孕周超过41周足月妊娠孕妇120例,随机分成COOK双球囊组60例与缩宫素组60例,对2组促宫颈成熟并引产的效果、分娩方式、母儿结局及并发症进行比较分析。结果:COOK双球囊组促宫颈成熟的总有效率为96.7%,缩宫素组为8.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。剖宫产率COOK双球囊组21.6%,缩宫素组为43.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COOK双球囊与促宫颈成熟并引产效果明显优于缩宫素,并未增加母婴的并发症。Objective To explore the cervical ripening promotion and induced abortion effects of COOK balloon and oxytocin for women of prolonged pregnancy. Method 120 cases women of 41 gestational weeks with prolonged pregnancy were derided into two groups randomly( 60 cases for each group). Cervical ripening promotion and induced abortion effects, the rate of cesarean, safety of the mothers, fetuses and neonates and complications were compared. Results The total successful rates of the effect on the cervical ripening were 96. 7% in COOK group,and 8, 3% in oxytocin group. There were significant difference between COOK group and oxytocin group( P 〈0. 05 ). The rate of cesarean were 21.6% in COOK group,and 43.3% in oxytocin group. There were significant difference between COOK group and oxytocin group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion COOK balloon has better effection than oxytocin in cervical ripening and inducing labor. There is no additional complication in mothers,fetuses and neonates.
