心理干预在功能性鼻内镜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价心理干预对功能性鼻内镜手术的影响。方法:选取128例行功能性鼻内镜手术的患者行前瞻性研究,采用随机抽样方法分成对照组和心理干预组,其中对照组给予常规护理,心理干预组在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预。利用状态焦虑量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS),评测患者焦虑程度变化并观察两组术后24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h疼痛情况及患者的满意率。结果:心理干预组患者的焦虑程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),术后24 h内两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随后48h、72 h两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),此阶段干预组患者疼痛感较轻,而96 h后两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总体满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:心理干预能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛程度,提高服务满意度。Objective The effect of psychological nursing for functional endoscopic sinus surgery were evaluated. Method 128 patients who planned to accept functional endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into control group and psychological nursing group respec- tively. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing path. Excepting routine nursing, psychological nursing group also enhanced the psychological nursing. The changes of Anxiety Scale were evaluated by self- rating anxiety scale （SAS）, and Neurepathic Pain Scale at 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h after functional endoscopic sinus surgery were also evaluated, as well as Patients Satisfaction Rate. Results Anxiety scale of psychological nursing group and Neuropathic Pain Scale at 48h,72h was significantly lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）, while Neuropathic Pain Scale at 24h,96h was consistent with control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. In the aspect of Patient Satisfaction Rate, psychological nursing group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Anxiety Scale and Neuropathie Pain Scale can be reduced and Patients Satisfaction Rate can be improved by Psychological nursing.
