摘 要:为了探究内源乙烯与蓖麻性别的关系,以蓖麻雌性自交系YC2-S及其姊妹两性自交系YC2-F为材料,用气相色谱法测定了不同时期叶片内源乙烯释放率的变化。结果表明:从三叶期到开花期,雌性系内源乙烯释放率呈倒"S"型变化,即从三叶期的137.9μL/kg·h下降到五叶期的17.5μL/kg·h,然后缓慢上升,现蕾期达到40.9μL/kg·h,开花期再降至26.9μL/kg·h;两性系呈"U"型变化,即从三叶期的149.8μL/kg·h下降到五叶期的18.4μL/kg·h,然后持续上升,到开花期达到226.3μL/kg·h。二者在六叶期以前没有差异,六叶期后,前者先升后降,后者持续上升,现蕾期差异显著、开花期差异极显著。证明乙烯是蓖麻性型决定的关键因素之一。To explore the relationship between endogenous ethylene and castor sex, this study tested endogenous ethylene contents eft the leaves at different growth stages by gas chromatography. The leaves came from pistillate line "YC2- S" and its monoecious inbred line "YC2-F". The results showed that, the endogenous ethylene release rate of pistillate line varied in the form of inverted "S" from three-leaf stage to florescence period, that is, it dropped from 137.9 μL/kg.h at threeleaf stage to 17.5 μL/kg.h at five-leaf stage, then rose slowly and reached 40.9 μL/kg.h in bud-emerging period. Finally, it fell down to 26.9 μL/kg-h in florescence period. The endogenous ethylene release rate of monoecious line showed a trend of U form, it decreased from 149.8 μL/kg.h at three-leaf stage to 18.4 μL/kg·h at five-leaf stage, then increased continuously and reached 226.3 μL/kg·h in florescence period. There was no difference in ethylene content between pistillate line and monoecious line before six-leaf stage. After this stage, the first went up firstly, then downed, and the second one continued to rise. There was significant difference and highly significant difference at bud-emerging period and florescence period. This proved that the floral primordium began to appear in both pistillate and monoecious line at the six-leaf stage by freehand shoot-tip sections. The above results suggest that ethylene is one of the key factors determining castor sex type.
