摘 要:探索了光照和土壤盐分条件对金叶接骨木和紫叶风箱果叶色变化的影响,分析了这两种植物叶片中叶绿素(chl)及类胡萝卜素(car)含量的变化规律。结果表明:遮光处理下,金叶接骨木在20 d后叶色转绿,chl(a+b)与car含量的比值为3.1∶1,远高于处理第1 d的比值1.2∶1;紫叶风箱果在50 d后叶片呈现绿色,chl(a+b)与car含量的比值为3.4∶1,远高于6月的比值2.3∶1,表明遮光处理均会影响金叶接骨木和紫叶风箱果的叶色表达。在正常园林管理、中盐土壤、高盐土壤这3个不同盐分的处理下,金叶接骨木chla含量随着盐分的升高而逐渐增加,叶色呈金黄色;紫叶风箱果在中盐处理与正常园林管理下的各色素值变化趋势一致,而经过高盐处理后,chla明显增加,部分叶片枯萎呈黑色。The influence on the leave color changing of Sambucus canadensis and Physocarpus opuliJolius in light intensity and soil salinity were explored, and the change law of chlorophyll (chl) and carotenoid (car) contents of Sambucus canadensis and Physocarpus opulifolius were analyzed. The results showed that the leaf color of Sambucus canadensis turn green after 20 days under shading treatment, leaf chlorophyll content (a+b) and carotenoid content ratio was 3.1:1, which was higher than the ratio in the first day. The leaf color of Physocarpus opulifolius turn green after 50 days, leaf chlorophyll content (a+b) and carotenoid content ratio was 3.4:1, which was higher than the ratio in June. Shading treatment could affect the leaf color expression of Sambucus canadensis and Physocarpus opulifolius. Under three different salt treatments (control, 200 mmol/L, 500 mmol/L), the chlorophyll a content of Sambucus Canadensis increased with increasing of soil salinity, and the leaf color was golden yellow.The pigment changing trend of Physocarpus opulifolius under 200 mmol/L treatment was consistent with control. The chlorophyll a increased greatly under high salt treatment, and part of leaf wilt was black.
