摘  要:以欧美杨108已生根无菌苗为材料,选用土壤与蛭石为原料,土壤与蛭石体积比为1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、2∶1,研究了欧美杨108组培苗最佳移栽基质。结果表明:土壤与蛭石比为1∶1的处理成活率达到91.7%,植株的平均高度最高,生长状况最好,而且其生长速度最快。研究表明,开始移栽时的组培苗生长状况、组培苗苗龄、移栽温度、移栽基质以及移栽方式等是影响欧美杨108组培苗移栽成活率的主要因素。Using soil and vermiculite as raw materials, the best transplanting matrix of tissue culture seedlings of Populusxeuramericana cv."Guariento"was studied in no vaccine environment under soil and vermiculite ratio 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 2:1, respectively. The results showed that when the ratio of soil and vermiculite was 1:1, the seedlings had the highest survival rate with 91.7%, had the tallest average height plants, had the best growth condition, and had the fastest growth speed. The results also indicated that growth condition and age of tissue culture seedlings, transplanting temperature, transplanting matrix and transplanting methods were the main factors affecting the survival rate of tissue culture seedlings of Populus×euramericana cv."Guariento".
