摘  要:3种生防细菌短短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus brevis)HAB-5、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)A178、萎缩芽孢杆菌(Bacillus atrophaeus)HAB-1,对多种植物病原菌具有较好的拮抗作用.通过优化条件培养,将3种生防细菌制备成胶悬剂(SC)和微胶囊(CS)两种剂型,以芒果炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.)C7-2菌株为靶标病菌,测试两种剂型对3种菌拈抗能力的影响.结果表明,在制备的3种生防菌的胶悬剂中,只有A178胶悬剂在稀释10倍和800倍时抑菌效果好于原始菌株,其他的均弱于原始菌株,HAB-1胶悬剂甚至失去了抑菌能力;3种生防菌微胶囊剂型中,A178的100~800倍稀释浓度下抑菌效果好于原始菌株,抑菌能力分别提高0.49%、0.29%、3.04%;HAB-5的微胶囊剂型10、100、400、800、1 000倍的稀释度下,抑菌效果都高于原始菌株,分别提高5.00%、3.30%、5.11%、2.22%、1.74%、4.25%,但HAB-1微胶囊剂型抑菌效果较其原始菌株减弱,说明微胶囊剂型能够增强HAB-5和A178菌株对病原菌的抑菌作用.Three kinds of bio-control strains HAB-5, A178 and HAB-1 are respectively Brevibacillus brevis, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus atrophaeus, and they have good antagonism effect on a variety of plant pathogens. By optimizing the conditions of cultivation, suspension concentrate agent (SC) and capsule suspension (CS) were respectively made. With mango anthrax fungi (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.) C7-2 strain as the target, the effects of formulation on antagonistic ability of the three strains were tested. The results showed only A178 SC in 10 times and 800 times dilution had better than the original strain, while antifungal effect of others were weaker than the original strain, HAB-1 SC even lost antifungal ability. Among the three kinds of bio-control bacteria CS, A178 under 100, 400, 800 times dilution had better antifungal effect than the original strain, antifungal ability improved by 0.49%, 0.29% and 3.04%, respectively. The antifungal effect of HAB-5 under different dilutions were higher than that of original strain,increased by 5%, 3.3%, 5.11%, 2.22%, 1.74% and 4.25%, respectively. But the antifungal effect of ttAB-1 CS was weakened compared to its original strain. The result indicates that microcapsule formulation can enhance the antifungal effect of HAB-5 and A178 strains.
