摘  要:比较了近等基因系Cry1Ac抗性(NIL-R)和敏感(DBM1Ac-S)小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)幼虫中肠蛋白酶的活性,测量了NIL-R和DBM1Ac-S的卵宽、卵长和蛹重,并对其卵的孵化率、化蛹率、雌雄比等参数进行了统计。结果表明,抗、敏种群中肠类胰凝乳蛋白酶的活力差异不显著,而敏感种群中肠的总蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶的活力显著高于抗性品系。这两个种群卵的大小和孵化率、蛹重和化蛹率、雌雄比在统计上没有显著性差异,说明就以上生物学参数来看,NIL-R对Cry1Ac的抗性并没有引起抗性的适合度代价。Proteinase activities were compared in midgut obtained from larvae two of Plutella xylostella (L.) colonies including the near isogenic CrylAc-resistant (NIL-R) and -susceptible (DBM1Ac-S) strains. The width and length of eggs and pupa weight were measured, and the egg hatchability, pupation rate and sex ratio were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference for chymotrypsin-like proteinase activities from the midgut of two P. xylostella strains. However, the activities of total protease and the trypsin-like proteinase from NIL-R strain were significantly higher than those from the susceptible strain. The two strains did not differ significantly in the biological traits for the egg size, pupation rate, or the sex ratio, showing that there was no fitness cost in this NIL-R strain based on the tested biological traits in this study.
