摘  要:蕨麻是蔷薇科委陵菜属的多年生草本植物,富含植物多糖,块根可入药。通过两种提取方法,将蕨麻中提取的多糖采用苯酚-硫酸比色法进行测定。试验结果表明,索氏提取仪提取甘南蕨麻中多糖含量为14.34 mg/g,超声波辅助提取法提取甘南蕨麻中多糖含量为24.25 mg/g。因此,超声法提取蕨麻中多糖含量明显高于索氏提取法。Potentilla anserina is a perennial herb rose, which is rich in plant polysaccharides, and its root can be made into medicine. Extracted by two methods, polysaccharides from potentilla were measured by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. The results showed that, polysaccharide content extracted by soxhlet extraction was 14.34 mg/100mL, and polysaccharide content extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction was 24.25 mg/100mL. Through the determination, the polysaccharide content of Potentilla anserina extracted by ultrasonic extraction was significantly higher than that of soxhlet extraction.
