摘 要:以分离自大沙河淡水水域的小球藻PKU AC201(Chlorella sp.PKU AC201)及分离自深圳湾海水水域的两株微藻小球藻PKU AC117(Chlorella sp.PKU AC117)和链带藻PKU AC128(Desmodesmus sp.PKU AC128)为材料,研究其对人工污水中氮和磷的去除效果。结果表明,培养7 d,淡水小球藻、海水小球藻和链带藻的OD680可分别达到1.4、1.2、0.5,生物量分别达到158.5、139.7、58.8 mg/L,对氨氮的去除率分别达到90.0%、80.2%、57.1%,对可溶性磷酸盐的去除率分别达到94.7%、72.2%、55.1%;3种微藻对污水具有较好的耐性,通过同化吸收作用而非吸附作用可有效地去除人工污水中的氮磷,且小球藻的生长情况及对氮磷的吸收情况均优于链带藻。Chlorella sp. PKU AC201 was isolated from Dasha River freshwater, and Chlorella sp. PKU AC117 and Desmodesmus sp. PKU AC128 were isolated from Shenzhen Bay seawater. Efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal from artificial wastewater wastewater by the three microalgae strains was studied. The results showed that after cultivation for 7 days, the OD680 of the freshwater Chlorella, the seawater Chlorella, and Desmodesmus, reached 1.4, 1.2, and 0.5, respectively, while the algal biomass concentration reached 158.5 mg/L, 139.7 rag/L, 58.8 mg/L, respectively; the nitrogen removal rates for the microalgae were 90.0%, 80.2%, and 57.1%, respectively, and the phosphorus removal rates were 94.7%, 72.2%, and 55.1%, respectively. The results revealed that all the three strains of microalgae had good ability of ammonia and phosphate tolerance and remarkable nitrogen and phosphorus removal through microbial assimilation rather than adsorption, and the growth and nutrient absorption ability of Chlorella sp. was better than that of Desmodesmus sp.
