158例老年鼻出血与高血压等相关因素探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年人血压高低与鼻出血、止血、及其它相关因素 ,寻求由高血压所致老年鼻出血的更有效治疗手段。方法 :对 15 8例由高血压诱发老年鼻出血的临床特点、出血时间、出血部位、止血方法及中西医结合治疗的观察研究。结果 :血压的升高和降低与鼻出血呈正相关关系 ,血压降至正常 ,出血例数为零。冬季发病占85 44% ;出血部位在鼻腔后部者占 5 9 5 0 % ;情绪紧张有再出血顾虑者占 70 91%。结论 :采取以鼻腔填塞配合中西药治疗的综合性措施止血总有效率达 99 35 %。Objective: To explore the relations between nose bleeding and hypertension in order to find more effective treatment for the bleeding caused by hypertension.Methods: 158 cases of nose bleeding,which were caused by hypertension,were observed for the clinic characteristics,the time and sites of bleeding,the way of ceasing bleeding and the treatment with combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine.Results: Nose bleeding was positively related with hypertension.When the level of blood pressure was normal,there were no cases of nose bleeding.Of all the cases,85.44% of them were occurred during the winter,59.50% occurred at the site of back part of the nose;70.91% with spirit tension were concerned about nose bleeding.Conclusion: The general effective rate was 99.91% after the cases were treated with the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine.
